You get paid to vacation at high-end residences.
You can bring your family and friends together for vacations under one roof.

How you generate returns

At the end of the 10-year investment period, we sell the homes. You and your fellow limited partners recoup your initial investment, plus share 80% of any profits from appreciation. The Fund Manager receives 20% of the investment gains to align the goals of maximizing the value of the portfolio over the life of the Fund.
During the 10-year hold period, you can enjoy rent-free vacations that can save you in excess of $100,000 in rental expenses.
You have the potential to earn cash dividends once Fund operating costs and cash reserves are covered

How much you can use the homes

Usage varies depending on investment level, residence value, and time of year. With the minimum investment, you can expect 1-3 weeks of usage plus unlimited bonus use.
